Hi! It’s Jael Vogt! I am an individual who is passionate about leadership, communication, and building meaningful relationships. I grew up right outside of Rochester NY in a small town. I was raised in a family of five with with two brothers who taught me to have a voice and defend what I believe in. From a young age I knew who I was and the purpose I have been given on this earth.
I deeply believe that our words carry and hold weight. The words that we say have the power to shape, change, and impact the world around us. I strive to honor others both in my professional and personal life with the conversations and words that I say. Every single person has a story and the words that compose their story hold weight. May my words be honoring, uplifting, caring and gentle.
I am a firm believer that leadership is not about a position or title that one holds but one of influence and inspiration. You can hold the largest leadership role that there is and still not lead well. It’s in the radically ordinary moments that true leadership is found. Its found in how you serve, encourage, and deeply care for those that you are serving.
I love running it is something that I have been doing since I was 5 years old! My dad used to run marathons when I was younger, so watching him train and compete inspired me and my brothers to be active. I would compete in kid fun runs, youth triathlons, and race my brothers on the track as my dad was doing his workout. I spent five years competing in cross-country, learning not only how to push myself but also how to honor the body I’ve been given. Running has taught me discipline, structure, and the importance of taking care of myself. This body is a gift how are you caring for and honoring yours?
I am so glad that you stopped by and it been an honor being able to share a little about what makes me, me and what has shaped my life!
